The Chassis support kit consists of the following: a heavy-duty, 3-point strut tower brace, 4-point lower chassis brace, and double-cross sub frame connectors. The strut tower brace ties the engine compartment to the center section of the car. The heavy-duty, 3-point strut tower brace adds strength to the engine compartment to help direct the power to the ground. The lower chassis brace's unique 4-point design triple triangulates the lower cross member for superior strength. The double-cross sub frame connector is the heart of the chassis support system. They tie the front and rear sub frames together. The double-cross design improves the captured versus free span ratio by cutting the free span in half. This double-cross design adds additional strength and tensional rigidity to the chassis that further reduces twisting action and helps extend the life of the floor pan.
