What do I need in order to complete this differential swap?

For 2009+ SRT-8 Charger′s, the Mopar 3.92 Getrag LSD differential is a straight swap. For 2005-2008 SRT-8 Charger′s, a new driveshaft is needed because the pinion gear flange has a different bolt pattern. If your 2009+ Charger R/T came from the factory with a Getrag LSD differential, then the new differential is a straight swap. If your 2009+ Charger R/T did not come from the factory with a Getrag LSD differential, then you will need new axles. Finally, for the 2005-2008 Charger R/T, new axles will be needed.
