Control your down hill acceleration with a BD Diesel Electronic Exhaust Brake. Using three different braking modes, the BD Diesel Electronic Exhaust Brake closes the turbocharger vanes during deceleration causing the engine to retard and slow down. With only a couple of hours of your time, you can bring back the peace of mind of hauling your load without loosing control.

Braking Modes:

• OFF: Truck operates normally with no additional holdback.


• MODE 1 (Braking Only): Closes the turbocharger vanes during deceleration without affecting transmission gear. To achieve maximum holdback, increase the RPM′s by down shifting.


• MODE 2 (Braking & Shifting): Closes the turbocharger vanes during deceleration and down shifts to achieve maximum holdback.
