BD Diesel Performance is a certified Bosch remanufacturer and distributor. Using reconditioned cores, the injector internals are rebuilt using Bosch parts (not cheap substitutes) throughout the entire injector, all the way up to the solenoid.

BD has been rebuilding injectors since 1972 and are factory trained on the latest and greatest equipment to ensure the highest level of precision. All of their injectors are Extrude Hone and EDM treated to ensure they are suitable for the spirited daily driver and diesel power sports market. To put things into perspective, BD Diesel injector sets are flow matched within a 1% margin, whereas Bosch′s requirements do not even come close! The Mechanical injectors are Pop Pressure tested to make sure the spring releases the fuel at the same time as the rest of the injectors. Common Rail injectors are also tested at idle and at full engine operating pressure exceeding 24000psi.
